Assalmualaikum
Sorry for not updating for a few weeks. Basically i dont have ideas but actually lots of it but laziness came first! hihi Within the cuti cuti i spend my day playing games, usha some blogger and i really into the blog! The siblings blog, Iza Hamid and Shazwani Hamid. I really like their writting on how they express themselves in blog. I never get bored reading the posts. Ohsem sangat! Their English writting is really fun to be read. I mean some of the bloggers are like skema (ING) in writting but they dont! Hee. So i started to write my blog in Engish too and perhaps it might help me a lot in writting essays nnt ^^
Back to the main topic up there. MC (Menstrual Cycle) which every women will face it once in a month. But not me! Ever since my weight increase after SPM, my MC is not stable till now. It can be once in a year, once in 3 month and it doesn't seems serious to me! Cause my makuda is kinda datang period like mine. haha. But she managed to get 5 children! impress impress :)
For the rest three years back after school till I finished my Diploma, I see the problems for granted. And after all my yayang always said that I need healthy body like I was in Tun Fatimah. He is kinda afraid as I became weaker back then,, 'weaker' which mean I easily get sick, my gastric came often and of course he want me to look good as before. aaaaumm! I sayang you lebih. And when i told hi my problems, he is kinda surprise but not at all
After the internship, yayang made some deal with me if I manage to reduce my weight by ?kg within 1 month. I sahut cabaran tuh! haha. Even I know 'mesti aku main main punye'. Haha. But, i really started to jog around every day. Atleast for about 5 days in a week. Guess what ? For the first month jog, my MC came Yahooooooo! And I keep maintain to jog till this month (2nd month) and my MC already came yesterday! Alhamdulilah. I manage to get it normal. Jogging helps to increase my metabolism tooo. Sekarang jog 2 km is okay for me!!
But still my weight will not lose easily. It is not about weight actually, my low metabolism cause my weight increase rapidly and abnormal MC.
If we manage to control the metabolism rate in our body, it should be okay. My sister, whom can eat 3 pinggan nasi for one menu, maintaining her slim body after all. Ouh! I admire her metabolism. huhu.
Alhamdulillah, I still manage to discipline myself to go for a walk/jog till now. And hopefully my weight will decrease tooo! yeay! Pray for me.
